Lovely 18KT carved open gallery under the onyx button and further set with 2 tapered shoulders that are pavé set with round brilliant cut diamonds. Marked 750. Approx. .25 Cts. diamonds. Top of ring measures 13mm in diameter. Size 8.5 but can be easily resized.
