Once a delicate brooch given to a special love this piece has transformed seamlessly into a necklace with just the right amount of antique beauty. I have added a modern 18 inch 14KT fine cable chain with an additional at 16 inches to make it more versatile. Not marked but tested. The hearts measure 13mm wide by 14mm in height.
