Antique lockets like this one are always a joy to find. The motif on the front is a sword set with rose cut diamonds that is resting beneath a collar of seed pearls that are creamy to grey in color. The locket came to me with the antique chain attached. The chain is 18 inches in length with 5 scored ball separators spaced 4 inches apart. Currently the chain cannot be removed and is a beautiful complement to the locket. 18KT polished yellow gold 14.5 grams. The interior has 2 glass compartments ready to hold your photos or mementos. The locket closes with a nice snap. One slight crease on the rear of the locket. Not visible from the front. Not marked but both the locket and the chain test 18KT.
